More June

Of course June brought the end of school.

And a little comparison.

We celebrated the end of school with a trip to Great Wolf. Jackson took his buddy Kyle and the boys had a good time. I enjoyed limiting my time in the water....ahh the joys of older children.

And the ride home always guarantee a quiet ride.

June was also golf camp @ Herron Lakes. Really great camp, good coaches, small size - worked so much on etiquette (which I really appreciate).

My beautiful niece Katie graduated from PSU and is off to nursing school in the fall. I'm so proud of her.

And of course June finished up our baseball season (I know I haven't posted any baseball pics! Soon).

Stewie

On April 3, 2010 we picked up Stewie to foster for Golden Bond Rescue. He came to the rescue with his 7 (YES 7) brothers. He is 5 months old. He needs to get fixed and then he will be ready for adoption. 24 hours into having Stewie in our home, big (foster) sister Stella isn't too sure about this little guy. I think she is worried that we are going to forget about her and focus on him. She has to be first at everything, and doesn't let him get in edgewise. Stewie loves Jackson!! The fell fast asleep together on our bed the first night. I'm anxious to see where he is going to sleep from now on and if Stella will stay with Jackson on his bed. Having a young one in the house is fun!!

Digital Scrapbooking

Here are some pages I have recently created. Some are quickpages (I just drop in a picture), some are templates I purchased and others are templates I created. Quick, easy, I'm still getting the hang of it, but it's a fun alternative to traditional scraping.
